To complement historical test data, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations are employed where necessary, ensuring that fuel cell designs reliably meet or exceed all applicable performance and safety criteria

Develop
The overall fuel cell development life cycle begins with capturing customer requirements and culminates in the production of a fully qualified fuel cell
Each design iteration is optimized based on feedback from testing to ensure the final product delivers reliable performance while minimizing weight





Manufacture
Each fuel cell is an artisan product, meticulously handcrafted to ensure quality and precision. Our manufacturing engineers develop and refine assembly processes and techniques to guarantee that every unit consistently meets all specification requirements
To optimize production efficiency, we have established flow lines aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles, enabling streamlined and reliable fulfillment of production orders





Test
Qualification testing can range from coupon-level material evaluations to configuration-specific Phase II assessments. Examples of such testing include:
Ballistic Resistance Testing: Subjecting an installed fuel cell to gunfire to validate its ability to withstand ballistic impacts
Crash Impact Testing: Dropping a fuel cell from a height of 65 feet onto a steel platform to assess structural integrity
Slosh and Vibration Testing: Evaluating a populated fuel cell installed within an aircraft frame to simulate operational conditions
